Fully Air Conditioned climate controlled facility of 4.5 million square feet of growing area, producing 120 Tons (264,000 Lbs) of mushrooms every day, all through the year.
- No effect of weather conditions on production at the growing farm.
- No raw material procurement is done from outside. Harvesting is done by trained staff resulting in consistent quality all year around.
- Mushrooms are grown in closed rooms with full climate control resulting in same production under same conditions all year around.
- Good quality of compost and controlled access to rooms results in zero insect and larva infestation. Kosher certification by highest agencies from Israel and the US is a proof of that fact..
- Maximum time from picking to packing is 2 hours and those 2 hours are spent in the cold store. Most of the mushrooms are in process in less than one hour.
Mushrooms are packed absolutely fresh with no prior storage in heavy brine or addition of any preservatives. - Our mushrooms are among the best tasting in the world.
